Wednesday November 1st—
8PM ET–Central Michigan at Western Michigan (ESPN 2)
Western Michigan -4 with over under 48
Central Michigan has back to back road wins at a bad Ball St and a good Ohio team. They beat Kansas by 18 on the road.
Broncos sit at 5-3 with an overtime three point victory at Eastern Michigan. Since their tough non-conference schedule the team has won five of six.
Thursday November 2nd, 2017—
6PM ET—Northern Illinois at Toledo (ESPNU)
Toledo -9 with over under 55.5
Northern Illinois survived a home game against Eastern Michigan with a three point home overtime win. They are 4-0 in the MAC.
Toledo is also 4-0 in the MAC as they crush Ball St 58-17 covering as a 26.5 favorite.
Friday November 3rd, 2017—
9:30PM ET—UCLA at Utah (FS1)
Utah -6.5 with over under 59
Both teams are 4-4. Surprise that Utes are 4-4. Bruins are 0-4 on the road. They are 0-3 on the road in PAC 12 losing by 17 or greater points. They got crushed at Washington 44-23 last week failing to cover as an 18 point underdog.
Utah has lost four straight after a 41-20 road defeat at Oregon. Defense is giving up tons of point.
Saturday November 4th, 2017—
12PM ET—Auburn at Texas A&M (ESPN)
Auburn -15 with over under 51.5
Texas A&M is a no show losing at home to Mississippi St 35-14 as a 3.5 underdog.
Auburn coming off the bye. They bounce back from the four point loss at LSU by beating Arkansas 52-20 on the road covering 17 point favorites.
3:30PM ET—Ohio St at Iowa (ESPN)
Ohio St -17.5 with over under 52.5
Iowa has a knack for stepping up at home to the powerhouses of the Big Ten. Too bad it is not at night.
Question for Ohio St is will there be a letdown after their come from behind victory to Penn St.
3:30PM ET—Clemson at NC State (ABC)
Clemson -7 with over under 51
Clemson needed overtime to beat NC State last year. Tigers beat Georgia Tech last week at home 24-10 and pushed as a 14 point favorite. They were in control of this game.
NC State suffered their second loss of the season as they could not stop the Notre Dame running attack in a 35-14 defeat. Offense shut down in the second half.
3:30PM ET—Wake Forest at Notre Dame (NBC)
Notre Dame -14 with over under 55.5
Another impressive performance by the Fighting Irish in their home victory to NC State. Both sides of the football are producing. Look at this defensive performance. Notre Dame has allowed no greater than 20 points in any one game last year.
Wake Forest broke a three game losing streak in their 42-32 home victory to Louisville as a +2.5 underdog. Demon Deacons have a passing game this year.
4PM ET—Oklahoma St at Oklahoma (FS1)
Oklahoma St -3 with over under 76
Both teams 7-1. Sooners have won three straight since their home defeat to Iowa St. They come from behind to beat Texas Tech 49-27 last week. Oklahoma defense shut down the Red Raiders in the second half.
Oklahoma St covered as an 8 ½ point road favorite at West Virginia winning 50-39.
8PM ET—Virginia Tech at Miami (ABC)
Virginia Tech -2.5 with over under 50
Hokies are 7-1. Won three straight since a 14 point home defeat to Clemson. Defense has been good allowing no greater than ten points in those victories.
Hurricanes couldn’t cover as a 21 point favorite at North Carolina winning 24-19. Third down conversions were week again. Just 4 of 17 moving the chains for the Canes. Troubling sign.
8PM ET—LSU at Alabama (CBS)
Alabama -21 with over under 48.5
Both teams coming off the bye. LSU has been up and down this season. If they bring the effort they gave in their win against Auburn they can cover this number. If their effort against Troy or Mississippi St is their form in this one it is a blowout loss.
Alabama has won six straight against LSU. But no wins have come by greater than 21 points. May be the biggest test for the Crimson Tide now looking at how far Florida St has fallen.
10:45PM ET—Arizona at USC (ESPN)
USC -7 with over under 74
Arizona quarterback Khalil Tate has turned the Wildcats into a Rose Bowl contender. A huge game. They come off a 21 point home victory to Washington St.
USC bounced back from their loss at Notre Dame to beat Arizona St 48-17. Remember, USC is very much alive for a Rose Bowl berth. A playoff spot is nice but earning a Rose Bowl berth is acceptable to the alumni. Trojans have not loss a PAC 12 south game this year.
Then Quick hitters from college football, NFL, MLB and More.
