Thursday February 5th
7PM ET—Iowa at Michigan (ESPN)
Line: Michigan -1
Michigan forced overtime on Sunday against Louisville then get outscored 10-0 in the overtime period. The Wolverines are next four out in Lunardi’s bracket as they are 6-4 in conference.
Iowa is on Lunardi’s bubble in as the last four byes in the dance. They fall to 4-4 in the Big Ten after an 11 point home loss to Wisconsin for their third straight defeat.
9PM ET—Cincinnati at SMU (ESPN)
Line: SMU -5 ½
Both teams are comfortable in Lunardi’s bracket. SMU is 18-4 overall and 9-1 in the AAC Conference. Their biggest test resulted in a six point road defeat at Cincinnati.
The Bearcats are 6-3 in conference after a four point loss at East Carolina on Sunday that broke a four game win streak.
Saturday February 7th
1PM ET—Notre Dame at Duke (CBS)
Line: Duke -7
Notre Dame is 8-2 in the ACC as they host BC on Wednesday. A five game win streak was snapped in a 4 point road defeat at Pittsburgh on Saturday. The Fighting Irish is the number two shooting team in college hoops hitting on 52%.
Duke is a number one seed on Lunardi’s bracket. They are 5-3 in the ACC after a huge win at Virginia with a strong finish on Saturday. They host Georgia Tech on Wednesday night.
2PM ET—Kansas at Oklahoma St (ESPN)
Line: Kansas -1
Kansas is currently a 2 seed and has been great on their home court. They are 8-1 in conference with a road loss at Iowa St. They had a three point win at TCU and by one at Baylor.
Oklahoma St is 4-5 in the Big 12. They are clinging to a last four bye spot on Lunardi’s bracket. They traveled to Texas on Wednesday after an 8 point home loss to Oklahoma on Saturday.
4PM ET—Texas at Kansas St (ESPN)
Line: Texas -1
Texas hosts Oklahoma St on Wednesday. The team is 3-5 in the Big 12 holds an 8th seed in Lunardi’s bracket. They are on a three game losing streak heading into Wednesday after a 23 point road loss at Baylor on Saturday.
Kansas St is a First Four Out team on Lunardi’s bracket. They are 5-4 in the Big 12 as they travel to Texas Tech on Wednesday. They have lost two straight with a home loss to West Virginia followed by an 11 point loss at Kansas.
4:30PM ET—Arizona at Arizona St (FOX)
Line: Arizona -7
Arizona is a 2 seed out west in Lunardi’s backet. The team is 8-1 in the PAC 12 after crushing the Oregon schools at home last week. They got their revenge on Oregon St on Friday with a 57-34 victory.
Arizona St is suffering through a disappointing year at 11-11 overall and 3-6 in the PAC 12. They began 0-4 in the PAC 12 and it kicked off with a 73-49 road loss at Arizona.
7PM ET—Louisville at Virginia (ESPN)
Line: Virginia -10
Two ACC heavyweights compete here. Virginia is a top seed in Lunardi’s bracket. It was a nice bounce back for Virginia as they post an 11 point road win at North Carolina after suffering their first loss of the year at home to Duke on Saturday night.
Louisville is a #3 seed in Lunardi’s bracket. They are 7-2 in the ACC and could be peaking at the right time as they carry a four game win streak after an eight point road win at pesky Miami on Tuesday.
9PM ET—Kentucky at Florida (ESPN)
Line: Kentucky -9
Kentucky is undefeated but has failed to cover their past three spreads. They are 3-6 ATS versus the SEC.
Florida is 12-10 overall and 5-4 in the SEC. On Lunardi’s bracket they are the Next Four Out. They look to bounce back from a six point road loss at Vanderbilt on Tuesday. The Gator offense has struggled.
Sunday February 8th
1PM ET—Michigan at Indiana (CBS)
Line:
We talked about Michigan already.
Indiana is 6-4 in the Big Ten. They are a sixth seed on Lunardi’s bracket. They are 13-1 straight up at home on the year. They look to bounce back from a 14 point road loss at Wisconsin.
4:30PM ET—Washington at Oregon St (FOX 1)
Line:
Neither team is in Lunaridi’s bracket as the PAC 12 teams have only 3 teams. Washington is 3-6 in the PAC 12 as they go to Oregon on Wednesday. They are an awful defensive team and come off a horrible one point home loss to California on Sunday.
Oregon St is an improved team sitting at 15-7 overall and 5-4 as they host Washington St on Thursday. They come off a bad week as they get crushed at the Arizona schools last week.
6:30PM ET—Clemson at Miami (ESPNU)
Line:
Miami is a ten seed in Lunardi’s bracket. They are 4-5 in the ACC after an eight point loss at home to Louisville on Tuesday for their third straight conference loss. Included was a 20 point home loss to Georgia Tech.
Clemson is 13-8 overall and 5-4 in the ACC. They have won three straight in the ACC as they travel to Florida St on Wednesday. They are a poor offensive team and hit 29% from the three point line ranking 314th in the nation.
