Wednesday January 3rd
7PM ET—North Carolina at Florida St (ESPN 2)
Florida St -1.5
Tar Heels off to a 10-2 start. After a four point home loss to Wofford, North Carolina has a neutral court win to Ohio St and beat Wake Forest 73-69 not covering as a 14 point favorite at home. 2-0 in true road games.
Florida St is young but 11-2 overall with a notable road win at Florida. They were competitive for most of their 100-93 road defeat at Duke but covering as an 11.5 underdog. They have a recent neutral site loss to Oklahoma St by 1 point.
9PM ET—Missouri at South Carolina (ESPN 2)
South Carolina -2
Missouri is 10-3 and are an improved team. They shoot 48.4% with 38% from three. They look to rebound after a neutral court defeat to Illinois. They played West Virginia tough losing by four as a 7.5 underdog on a neutral.
South Carolina is rebuilding after losing tons from the NCAA Final Four team. They are 9-4 after dropping their conference opener at Ole Miss 74-69.
9PM ET—Oklahoma St at Oklahoma (ESPN U)
Oklahoma -9.5
Oklahoma is 11-1 as they opened Big 12 play with a nice comeback victory winning 90-89 at TCU. They have a notable road win at Wichita St. Trae Young leads the team with 29.6 points and 10.7 rebounds per game.
Oklahoma St is 10-3 overall and dropped their Big 12 opener losing 85-79 at home to West Virginia as a +3 underdog.
Thursday January 4th
7PM ET—Houston at Wichita St (ESPN)
Wichita St -8
Houston is 12-2 overall and 2-0 in conference as the crushed South Florida on the road and beat Temple 76-73 at home to open play. Cougars can shoot the three hitting 40.1%.
Wichita St is 11-2 overall and 1-0 in the AAC after their ten point victory at UCONN. Their losses came to Notre Dame by 1 and to Oklahoma by 8.
9PM ET—Arizona at Utah (ESPN)
Arizona -3
Wildcats are 11-3 and 1-0 in the PAC 12. They have an eight point victory after beating Arizona St 84-78 as a six point favorite to open conference play.
Utah is 10-3 and 2-0 in the PAC 12 as they beat the Oregon schools on the road to open conference play. Losses came to UNLV on a neutral with defeat at Butler and BYU.
9PM ET—Cincinnati at Temple (ESPN)
Cincinnati -6
Bearcats at 12-2 and 1-0 in conference after crushing Memphis at home 82-48 as an 18 point favorite. Losses came to Florida on a neutral and to Xavier on the road. They have a notable 14 point victory at UCLA.
Temple is 7-6 overall an 0-2 in conference with home 10 point defeat to Tulane and by 3 at Houston. It is a three game losing streak as it began at Georgia with a loss by 18.
10PM ET—UCLA at Stanford (FS 1)
Bruins are 11-3 overall and 2-0 in the PAC 12. They were down to Washington on New Year’s Eve and blew out Washington at home 74-53 covering as a 9 point favorite.
Stanford is 6-8 overall and 0-1 in conference. Cardinal lost at home to Cal 77-74 as a 7 point favorite. They struggled with perimeter defense allowing 37.3% from three.
Friday January 5th
7PM ET—Wisconsin at Rutgers (ESPN 2)
Wisconsin -1
Wisconsin comes off a 10 point home victory to Indiana on Tuesday covering as a 5 point favorite. They are now 2-1 in conference and have won five straight.
Rutgers is 10-5 overall and 0-2 in conference with losses to Minnesota on the road by 22 and at home to Michigan St by 10. They are at Purdue on Wednesday.
9PM ET—Oregon at Oregon St (FS 1)
Oregon -2
Oregon is 11-4 and 1-1 in the PAC 12. Ducks after a ten point home defeat to Utah defeated Colorado 77-62 covering as an 11 point favorite. Ducks hold teams to 38.9% shooting.
Oregon St sits at 9-5 overall and 1-1 in conference. After a 19 point home victory to Colorado the Beavers fell at home to Utah 66-64 at a pick. Oregon St struggles from three hitting only 30.7%.
Saturday January 6th
12PM ET—Xavier at Providence (FOX)
Xavier -3
Xavier is 3-0 in the Big East after a seven point home victory to Butler. It is now a ten game win streak since their loss on a neutral court to Arizona St.
Providence is 10-6 overall and 1-2 in the Big East after an overtime home defeat to Marquette by five as a 1.5 underdog. Providence was an NCAA team a year ago and experienced.
12PM ET—Creighton at Georgetown (FOX)
Creighton -6
Blue Jays are 12-3 overall and 2-1 in the Big East after beating St Johns on Wednesday 78-71 not covering as 12 point favorite. Creighton has a Big East road 6 point defeat at Seton Hall and a 19 point home victory to Providence.
Georgetown on Wednesday won at DePaul as a four point underdog. They are 1-2 in the Big East with a home loss in overtime to Butler and a 9 point loss at Marquette. They covered both games as underdogs.
1PM ET—Florida at Missouri (CBS)
Missouri -2
Florida is 9-4 as they take the court on Wednesday facing Texas A&M on the road. They beat Vanderbilt in their conference opener 81-74 but not covering as a 9.5 favorite. They endured an early three game losing streak with a notable defeat at home to Loyola Illinois.
Missouri is 11-3 overall and 1-0 in the SEC after a 79-68 road win at South Carolina as a 1 point road underdog.
3:15PM ET—Notre Dame at Syracuse (ESPN 2)
Syracuse -1
Notre Dame is 12-3 overall. Loses Bonzie Colson for two months with injury their leading scorer and rebounder. They opened ACC play with a nine point victory to Georgia Tech but not covering as a 14.5 favorite. They have a home loss by three to Ball St and to Indiana on a neutral court in overtime by 3. They beat NC State on Wednesday 88-58 as a 6.5 favorite at home.
Syracuse a young team that is 12-3 but struggles shooting and in their zone. They lost at Wake Forest on Wednesday.
7:15PM ET—Oklahoma at West Virginia (ESPN 2)
West Virginia -5
Oklahoma continues their good play by pounding Oklahoma St at home by double digits and covering.
West Virginia is 13-2 and 2-1 in the Big 12 as they went on the road to open conference play and beat Oklahoma St and Kansas St covering each game. A good pressing and defensive team holding opponents to 39.7% playing a touch schedule. But they got crushed at home to Virginia not covering as a +3.5 underdog on Wednesday.
8PM ET—Duke at NC State (ESPN)
Duke -10
Duke is 13-1 overall with their loss in the ACC opener at Boston College. Blue Devils with freshman in their rotation are second in scoring at 94.6 per game. They allow 36% from three ranking 243rd in the nation. They come off a seven point home win to Florida St not covering 11.5 points.
NC State is 10-5 overall as they dropped their conference opener losing 78-62 at Clemson. In their second ACC they got pounded at Notre Dame. They have a recent home defeat to UNC Greensboro. They score 84.3 points a game.
9:15PM ET—Kansas vs. TCU (ESPN 2)
Kansas -1
Kansas is 11-3 overall and 1-1 in conference play as they got crushed at home to Texas Tech. They opened Big 12 play winning at Texas 92-86 as a four point favorite.
TCU is 13-1 overall after dropping their conference opener at home to Oklahoma. They beat Baylor 81-78 on the road as a 1.5 favorite. Horned Frogs shoot well this season.
Sunday January 7th
4:30PM ET—Michigan St at Ohio St (CBS)
Michigan St -7
Spartans are 14-1 overall and 2-0 in the Big Ten. It is a 14 game win streak. They opened Big Ten play with a home win by 29 to Nebraska and by 10 at Rutgers. They host Maryland on Thursday.
Ohio St sits at 11-4 overall and 2-0 in conference. They beat Wisconsin on the road by 25 and home to Michigan by 9 to open Big Ten play. They have a recent 14 point neutral site loss to North Carolina. Team is at Iowa on Thursday.
8PM ET—Arizona St at Utah (ESPN U)
Arizona St -2
Arizona St one of the surprise teams in the PAC 12 at 12-1 overall. They suffered their first loss of the season losing 84-78 as Arizona on Saturday as a six point underdog. Sun Devils are at Colorado on Thursday.

10PM ET—USC at Stanford (FS 1)
USC -5
Trojans are a bit of a disappointment with many guys back from last year. Team is 10-5 and 1-1 in the PAC 12. Trojans lost at home to Washington then beat Washington St 89-71 as a 14 point favorite. Trojans are at Cal on Thursday.
